Shredding bin FAQs

Explore our FAQs about our secure shredding bins. Find answers to common queries, ensuring your documents remain confidential and protected.

Why is it beneficial to use a shredding bin?

In short: to stay GDPR-compliant! Lockable on-site storage will keep your confidential documents secure in-between shredding appointments. As well as our secure 70L or 140L locking consoles, we can also provide heavy duty 44L sacks and ties.

What’s more, your shredding bin will save you storage space and keeping your office tidy in the process by ensuring you don’t build up a backlog of documents.

Where can I find your prices?

We take pride in being transparent about our pricing. See an overview of our pricing by clicking here – but it's important to note that we tailor our quotes to meet the specific needs of your company. If you'd like to have a detailed discussion about our services and pricing structure, please don't hesitate to reach out to us or complete our quick online enquiry form.

How often should we schedule shredding services?

Determining the frequency of shredding services depends on the volume of paper your business generates. Many of our clients find it beneficial to opt for regularly scheduled shredding services, whether it's weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, to ensure a consistent defence against potential data breaches.

What areas do you cover?

Our headquarters in Hassocks serve as a central hub for secure shredding services, extending our reach to businesses throughout the South of England. We make regular visits to key areas such as Crawley, Brighton, Chichester, Worthing, Eastbourne, Hastings, Haywards Heath, Tunbridge Wells, and their surrounding towns every week.

Our media destruction service is available nationwide. Simply let us know, and we'll send you a secure box for your media (CD-ROMS, data tapes, USB drives, etc.). After collecting and tracking your media in our warehouse, we'll shred it and provide you with a certificate of destruction.
